It poured in Santa Rosa County yesterday. The county got 5 inches of rain in a short amount of time... which is a lot... but some areas got 8 to 10 inches.

We've always heard "a picture is worth a thousand words". WEAR Meterologist Allen Strum apparently thought so too, and used this photo to illustrate the extent of flash flooding in Santa Rosa County.
