BASEFEST- ****CANCELED******The BaseFEST concert on board Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola scheduled for Saturday, Oct 7th is cancelled due to potential inclement weather from Tropical Storm Nate expected to arrive in the Gulf Coast area early Sunday. FLORA-BAMA OKTOBERFEST- Sun 12 noon-6pm, Flora-Bama Lounge, Perdido Key

Break out your lederhosen for the Flora-Bama’s Oktoberfest! Brats, sauerkraut, and a variety of German beer flow during this festival. German style musical acts perform while party goers chicken dance. The party will go all day and night at all three locations: Flora-Bama, Flora-Bama Yacht Club, & Flora-Bama Ole River Bar. 28th Annual PEANUT FESTIVAL- Sat/Sun 9am- 6pm, Gabbert Farm, Jay, Florida

Mobile Museum of Art’s Free Weekend celebration on October 7 has been postponed due to the threat of a possible tropical storm or hurricane.

Due to public safety concerns, Saturday’s events which included a free outdoor concert featuring performances by Crowned Jewelz and Jamell Richardson, PowerLines Poetry, and fashion designers Brandin Stallworth of Lit Clothing and Antoinette Warbington, have been rescheduled for December 2, 2017. Food truck Wemo’s Wings has also been rescheduled.If weather permits the Museum to remain open through the weekend of October 7 and 8, free admission will still be honored.  CLICK HERE   


AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION HEART WALK- *****The Mobile Heart Walk has been rescheduled for Sunday, October 22 at 2 p.m. at the Mitchell Center*******

The Heart Walk is  American Heart Association's premiere event for raising funds to save lives from this country's #1 killer (heart disease) and #5 killer (stroke). SANTA ROSA ISLAND TRIATHLON-******CANCELED***** Sat 7am, Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach

A sold-out field of 1250 athletes is expected to compete in this nationally-renowned sprint triathlon event. The race distances are a 600 yard swim, an 18 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run.  CLICK HERE
