CHRISTMAS NIGHTS OF LIGHTS- Every night through Jan 1st, from dusk until 10pm, including holidays, Hank Aaron Stadium

The City of Mobile welcomes in the holiday season with pictures with Santa, live music and much more. Shop in our merry market, enjoy live entertainment. Be sure to be there by 6 p.m., because the Mayor and Santa light up the tree at 6:10 p.m.! FAIRHOPE TREE LIGHTING- Thurs 5:30pm- 8pm, downtown Fairhope

Festivities begin at 5:30 and the lights come on at 6 p.m. sharp! Entertainment includes the Fairhope High School band, the Fairhope Middle School band, Center Stage Singers, and the Eastern Shore Choral Society. Mrs. Claus will be passing out candy canes and letting children write a wish list to Santa for her to take back to the North Pole.  CLICK HERE   


MOBILE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL “CELEBRATIONS!”Sat 10am-4pm, Mobile Civic Center

The Mobile International Festival presents "Celebrations", with over 60 countires participating in the Parade of Flags (11:30am). 33rd Annual FRANK BROWN INTERNATIONAL SONGWRITERS FESTIVALNov 9- 19th, Flora-Bama Lounge and various venues in Perdido Key/Pensacola/Orange Beach/Gulf Shores

The festival is dedicated to the late Frank Brown, who was a night watchman at the Flora-Bama for 28 years, and whose moral values, integrity, and strength of character still endure. Celebrate one of Mobile's favorite meals, brunch!  Along with great brunch samplings, guests can enjoy mimosas, Bloody Mary's, live music and the company of friends and neighbors.  Proceeds help Lifelines Counseling Services to continue providing programs such as family counseling, financial counseling, crisis counseling and outreach and education.  CLICK HERE

University of Mobile’s popular “Christmas Spectacular” musical extravaganza is back for its 15th season. Enjoy a movie under the stars as the City of Fairhope and the Downtown Fairhope Business Association celebrates the upcoming holiday season with the 8th Annual “Movie in the Street: On Fairhope Avenue” near the intersection of Section Street and Fairhope Avenue. The popular holiday movie “POLAR EXPRESS” will begin at 6:30 p.m.  Those who plan to attend can bring lawn chairs and blankets from home. Winterfest’s premier tour features 16 performances along a 60-minute trolley trip through Downtown Pensacola.
