200th FLORIDA TERRITORIAL BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION- Sat 10am, Museum Plaza, downtown Pensacola

A formal program will take place in Museum Plaza (Historic Pensacola Village), exactly 200 years after the exchange of Spanish and American flags. The UWF Symphonic Band will provide a medley of Spanish, British, French and American music. Hispanic musicians will drift through the Village and, just as they did 200 years ago, performers of African descent will dance in the plazas. Spanish and English military reenactors will mingle with the audience and Historic Pensacola Village will be open to the public at no chargeCLICK HERE

LEGENDS IN CONCERT - SIZZLING SUMMER - June 9 – September 5, Tuesdays thru Saturdays at 7:30pm; Matinees on Saturdays & Sundays at 4:00pm, Legends In Concert Theater, OWA, Foley

The longest-running and most-awarded show in Las Vegas history will wow you with two versions of this incredible summer show.

Beginning June 9, the lineup will include tributes to Jimmy Buffett, Carrie Underwood, Elvis Presley and Stevie Wonder. From then till July 17th, catch this incredible cast as they welcome summer with good vibes and incredible live performances.

Starting July 18 through September 5, Bruno Mars joins the cast replacing Carrie Underwood to bring some groovy tunes into the mix. CLICK HERE

For ten years, athletes of all ages and skill levels, including Olympians and professionals, have competed in this annual invitational. The DSV continues to raise the bar for the sport of pole vaulting. It's an opportunity for athletes to compete in a fun environment while giving spectators a close-up view. Relive radio's golden days as we step back in time and recreate one of Sherlock Holmes best known mysteries! Just as it would have been done in 1939, watch as Bay Cities Improv Company recreates the sound effects, music and story live, right in front of you. Fun for the whole family!

SUMMER LIVE CONCERT SERIES: THE TIP TOPS- Sat 5:30pm-10pm, OWA, Foley

Catch free, live music on the OWA Island from regional and local musicians and favorites. This Saturday, country musicians the Miles Flatt Band will croon two one-hour sets for us followed by a live performance from regional Motown group The Tip Tops.  CLICK HERE

Featuring live music from local bands, it’s a great time to unwind and get ready for the week ahead. Bring a chair to set up at Marlin Circle, then grab a drink in the Entertainment District and enjoy free kids’ attractions including a balloon artist, stilt walker and juggler.
