Luke Skywalker Lightsaber Leads Hollywood Memorabilia Auction

A rare opportunity has arisen for Star Wars enthusiasts to bid on Luke Skywalker's lightsaber and severed hand. These iconic items, used in The Empire Strikes Back, are up for auction for movie memorabilia collectors. Bidding for the lightsaber, never before available for auction, starts at $1 million.

Other items in the Hollywood & Entertainment Signature Auction include hats from The Wizard of Oz and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, hoverboards from Back to the Future II, and Rocky's boxing boots. Additionally, John Lennon's handwritten lyrics for If I Fell will be available for bidding, starting at $500,000. The auction will run from July 13 to July 17, 2026.
