United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile is thrilled to bring back the Christmas Nights In Lights 5K & Fun Run — a festive tradition that lit up the community from 2015–2019 and again in 2021. After a brief pause, this beloved event is back, giving participants the only chance to run or walk through the dazzling Christmas Nights In Lights before it opens to the public.
On Thursday, November 20, 2025, join more than 600 runners, walkers, and families for an unforgettable evening filled with millions of twinkling lights, holiday cheer, and community spirit. The 5K kicks off at 6:15 PM, followed by the family-friendly 1.1 Mile Fun Run at 7 PM, all starting at Dauphin Way Baptist Church.
Advance registration is $40 for adults and $30 for ages 2–12, with proceeds benefiting UCP of Mobile’s mission to create a Life Without Limits for children and adults with disabilities.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of a returning Mobile holiday favorite — and the brightest start to the season!
All proceeds benefit United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile and its various services and programs. UCP serves over 700 families each month in 32 counties in south Alabama. Established in 1949, the agency is one of the oldest and most respected in the community, offering programs in 32 counties. Services begin in infancy with the Early Intervention program and continue through adulthood with programs like the Adult Day Program and Supported Employment. Other ways UCP serves its clients include speech, physical and occupational therapy, preschool classes, respite and Camp SMILE.
