Fire Chief Joseph Darby told reporters that two people have been badly injured in a small plane crash near Foley, AL.
The plane crashed Monday afternoon at Foley Municipal airport. A flight instructor and student were on-board the plane. Their names have not been released. He said both suffered life-threatening injuries. Both had to be airlifted to University Hospital in Mobile.
News video below shows the damage. It is not known what caused the crash. Officials were being called to investigate.
