More than 40 hot air balloons will light up the green space at OWA and soar through the skies in the heart of Foley. Balloons fly at dawn and dusk each day, wind and weather permitting. The Gumbo Cook-Off recognizes National Maritime Day, a day annually set aside to recognize America’s maritime industry, and especially those who serve at sea. The Gumbo Cookoff celebrates Mobile’s waterfront and highlights the GulfQuest Maritime Museum; all proceeds will go to support GulfQuest operations. Celebrate Vegas will feature four artists that have had the greatest impact on the entertainment capital of the world over the last 60 years. An eclectic group of six mid-pubescents vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime.
