MEMORIAL DAY FLAG LOWERING - Mon 7am, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park at the Lower Alabama Vietnam Veterans Memorial in honor of those who served and gave the ultimate sacrifice.

MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY- Mon 8:30am, Mobile National Cemetery, Virginia Street

The South Alabama Veterans’ Council offers this ceremony as an appropriate memorial to our Veterans, but also as a reminder to all that it is only through the sacrifices of the men and women of our armed services that we are able to enjoy and preserve our rights and freedoms.

Join us at the Park Sunday to honor the brave men and women who lost their lives protecting our freedoms.

11th Annual PENSACOLA MEMORIAL DAY CONCERTMon 1pm, Hunter Amphitheater, Downtown Pensacola

Presented by the Pensacola Civic Band, the concert will feature a stirring program of patriotic music celebrating the spirit of America, while honoring those who gave their lives in service to our nation.
