This video of the Two Day Rule is going viral right now, but would it work for you? It sounds like a good idea, but it still will take a lot of motivation. Personally I don't know if it would work for me. I think when it comes to most things I would make it for about a month and then just like a New Year's resolution I would start letting it slack off. I'm pretty good at doing most things daily or weekly depending on what it is. Who knows if it works for you go ahead and give it a try. It seems to me like just another way to motivate yourself. Find what works for you to meet your goals.
